My regular wallet had gotten a bit out of hand. Tried out a metal aviator copy that actually worked pretty well but had to be in the front and didn't have room for extra stuff. This one holds 12 cards easily while being thin enough to not notice on my butt. It says it's rfid but my access cards all work while still in the wallet so I consider that a plus. Having the option to stick my vaccine and other cards in the big slot is super useful, and the 2x2 card slots let me organize cards by function. Love it.I had previously used a Ridge wallet. As thin and minimal as the Ridge is (I have nothing negative to say about the Ridge), I carry 12 cards. When 12 cards are stacked in a single stack, it is going to be thick and uncomfortable. I prefer a back pocket carry, so the single stack of 12 cards is too thick, no matter how thin the wallet. That is where this wallet absolutely shines. This has 4 offset card slots. I can still hold my 12 cards, but the individual stack of cards is only ever 6 cards thick, if I put 3 in each of the 4 slots, making this wallet half as thick when fully loaded. It may have a larger profile than you would want for a front pocket carry, but as a back pocket carry this is excellent. It has a nice leather look, feel and smell. So far (around 3 months) it has been very durable, with little signs of wear at all. It has huge cash slots that are plenty big enough for tons of different bills and receipts or business cards if you put them in portrait orientation. I am very happy with this wallet and I plan on buying from Allett again for the passport wallet when Earth reopens eventually and I can travel again.I'm quite happy with the Allett wallet so far. It is much thinner than what I had. The leather is not particularly smooth as I had expected but supposed to be very durable. It is larger than most wallets but it still fits in my pocket and that increased size is the reason it is thinner so it is a good tradeoff. A couple of improvements I would suggest. A credit card pocket that has a clear cover for license or pictures, or maybe the top two pockets would be nice. Also a place to put all those barcode tags that the stores hand out (the Bellroy has a small zipper pocket). I felt $55 was a little steep but if it lasts as it should, not a big deal.Seriously, this wallet is amazing. I heard about this wallet from FreakinReviews on YouTube and decided to pull the trigger on it. I have a problem of my wallet getting uncomfortable while driving so I take it out and put it in the console only.to realize while I'm in the store that my wallet was left in the console! Dang! This Allet hold everything in my old wallet and barely feels like it's in my pocket. I find myself checking to see if it's there a lot. Buy it, you won't regret it. I know I'll be buying them from now on.Great quality and even with a dozen cards wallet is slim and comfortable. This is my second Allett wallet. As a Dad, I seem to have a lot more to carry -- credit cards, license, membership cards, insurance cards... But I hate a fat, bulky wallet in my pocket. The design of this wallet allows me to pack it all in without becoming bulky. My only wish would be for the Allett wallet to be offered in some more interesting color options.I have used Bellroy wallets for years and always liked their quality and the ability to hold MANY cards, but this wallet holds as many and is far thinner. Quality is great, even with making the outside leather thinner and lining the inside with nylon. This wallet holds a slew of cards and is still so thin that you hardly know it is in your back pocket.Another high quality item from Allett. I only have a couple minor issues. Leather is quite thin and appears susceptible to easily being scratched. Also the wallet could use with a couple extra millimetres at the hinged portion, while still keeping it super thin. When you put more than a few bank notes in the pouch, it feels rather stiff to close at first. Will need to stretch out over time hopefully. An added few millimetres would also help keep the opposing credit cards from clanging into each other when you close it. Minor details but still worth noting for a wallet of this high quality and price point. Otherwise I’m once again happy with my purchase.I originally purchased a nylon version and found it was too flexible. I replaced it with this leather version and I am over the moon happy with it. It easily fits all my cards and IDs. I can easily manage my cash and receipts in two separate sections. It really is as thin as they claim, even with 20 cards in it.I'm surprised no one has thought of this approach before. Thank you, Mr. AllettThis wallet is awesome for large quantities of cards. I have 15 plastic cards, 21 bills two 8 x 5 pieces of paper, 3 receipts and 6 business cards. The wallet is just under 7/8 inch thick with all of these items. The way the credit cards stack prevents them from being destroyed like a conventional wallet does with a staggered overlap.Nice wallet ! A little oversize but Nice construction !
